Thank you so much for such an inspiring blog. As many of us are being challenged to overcome something that is most vulnerable within us, it is imperative that we embrace the moments of joy, sadness, appreciation and grief. This is truly the full catastrophe of living. The sweetness of every moment, no matter how difficult or trying is to be centered in gratitude ~ bowing deeply to the circumstance.
